Overview

The Ask
James Harden and Adidas set out to make a lasting impact in Haiti by restoring a local court in collaboration with the Fashion Institute of Haiti. The vision was to go beyond paint and surface and create something beautiful, lasting, and joyful for the next generation of players.

The Approach
We partnered with Haitian artist OliGa and the Harden-led Impact13 Foundation to design and launch a custom basketball court in the heart of Port-au-Prince. The court featured vibrant, purpose-driven artwork that reflected the community and Harden’s global impact. Our creative role included:

  • Artistic direction and visual concept for the court
  • Partnership coordination with OliGa and Adidas
  • Strategic storytelling around the court’s unveiling

Key Deliverables

  • Custom court design
  • Visual branding and creative direction
  • Event visuals and promotional assets

The Impact
Over 300 children received hygiene supplies and apparel from the Impact13 Foundation. The court symbolized hope and a functioning space for play and community. Covered by Yahoo Sports and praised across media, the activation blended sport, style, and purpose, and left a lasting impact far beyond the paint.
